Outrageous: Woman's cat cruelty

The woman walks down Brays lane, Coventry UK, strokes a cat and then dumps it in a wheelie bin.


Fortunately the cat was found by it's owner 12 hours later, but it is difficult to understand how someone could be so cruel.
